We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your needs, goals, and timeline. If it's a fit, we move forward with the plan that suits you best.
Audit first, then a sprint or a fractional retainer. Most clients start with the UX audit, which ranks the problems by impact. From there we either run a product sprint to fix them or I join the team two days a week on a retainer.
Revisions are included in every plan. We iterate until it's right, within the scope of the plan.
Retainers run on a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. You can pause between quarters, and most clients stay 6+ months because the work compounds.
